Staging Consultations
"Walk & Talk" Consultation – This is the most basic level of service provided and the first step in the staging process. We will walk through your home, room by room and discuss what changes need to be made to properly prepare your home for this competitive real estate market. This is the time to take notes, ask questions and express any concerns you may have. Sometimes all you may need is a simple Walk & Talk Consultation; however, if you decide you would like help with the actual staging of your property, a quote for full service staging will be provided. We are happy to do as much or as little as you'd like and work within your time frame and budget.
“Walk, Talk & Stage” Package – Combining the best of a low cost Walk & Talk Consultation with professional hands on staging. This package includes a thorough walk through consultation with some actual hands on staging. Depending on the needs of the property, this could be an entire staging of one complete room or “tweaking” several rooms. This enables the seller to see the suggestions we make come alive with an instant result and helps motivate them to follow through on other recommendations made during the consultation. This is our most popular package!
Full Service Staging
Full Service Staging is where the real magic happens and the best results are achieved!
Occupied Homes - The process begins with a Walk & Talk Consultation to evaluate the work that is needed, take photos and formulate a staging plan. A Preparation for Staging Day To-Do List will be provided and once the preliminary work is completed the actual staging of your home begins. With a buyer’s eye in mind, we will enhance the positive and downplay the negative attributes of the property, creating that "wow" factor for a memorable first impression. Additional furnishings and accessories can be provided for an additional fee. A typical occupied home staging can be completed in less than a day!
Vacant Homes - Staging a vacant property begins with an initial consultation at the property to discuss staging goals, budget and formulate a staging plan. After the consultation, a proposal will be prepared which outlines the costs to stage the property, including inventory rental, labor, delivery, installation, etc. It’s important to remember there are different levels of service for staging a vacant property. From simple staging to a full model home look. During the consultation, all levels of staging will be discussed to help you decide which level is right for your property and your budget.
Redesign
Are you troubled by a room in your home that just isn't working for you, but you don't know what to do? I can help! By rearranging your existing furniture and reusing items your already own, I can help you dramatically change the look and feel of the room.
Move In Decorating
You've moved into a new home and now it's time to make it fabulous! I can help you arrange your furniture, hang artwork and creatively display your accessories. I can also help you pick paint colors, give suggestions for additional purchases to pull the look together, or help you with any other decorating dilemma.
